  • 2 oz white rum
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 3-5 strawberries
  • 10-15 basil leaves
  • Club soda


  • Add the simple syrup, basil leaves and strawberries to a tall glass and muddle to pulverize the strawberries.
  • Add the rum and lime juice to the glass then fill the glass approximately ¾ full with crushed ice.
  • Stir and mix the ingredients with a bar spoon.
  • Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.
  • Garnish with a sprig of basil and serve.
