- 2 oz rum
- 6 mint leaves
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- club soda
- In your shaker tin add the syrup and mint.
- Muddle the mint leaves until your shaker starts to smell minty.
- Add the lime juice, rum, and ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Fill a Collins glass with ice and use a Hawthorne strainer to strain the drink while pouring it into the glass.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
