The Mary Pickford cocktail is a classic Cuban drink from Prohibition consisting of white rum, grenadine, maraschino liqueur, and pineapple juice. The latter ingredient gives it its signature frothy top layer.

The drink is named for the Canadian-American actress of the same name. The story goes that the cocktail was created for her at the Hotel Nacional in La Habana while she was on vacation in Cuba.
