If you walk into El Floridita bar in La Habana the first thing your eyes will gravitate to is the life-sized statue of the Nobel Prize winning author Ernest Hemingway. Hemingway’s patronage to the famous Cuban bar prompted the creation of the Hemingway Daiquirí. The drink consists of white rum, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and maraschino liqueur.
