Ingredients

  • 2 oz rum
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • club soda

Instructions

  • In your shaker tin add the syrup and mint.
  • Muddle the mint leaves until your shaker starts to smell minty.
  • Add the lime juice, rum, and ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • Fill a Collins glass with ice and use a Hawthorne strainer to strain the drink while pouring it into the glass.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
