Ingredients

  • 2 oz aged rum
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • dry sparkling wine

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients expect the sparkling wine in a shaker and fill with ice.
  • Shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • Double-strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Top with sparkling wine and garnish with mint leaves.
