Equipment
- Martini glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz aged rum
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 8-10 mint leaves
- dry sparkling wine
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients expect the sparkling wine in a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Double-strain into a cocktail glass.
- Top with sparkling wine and garnish with mint leaves.
