The Coconut Daiquirí is a Cuban cocktail that is easy to make and can be made in large quantities. It’s a refreshing, tropical drink that is perfect for summer parties. It’s easily one of my favorite things about summer.
The best part about this cocktail is that it can be easily customized to your liking. If you want it a little sweeter, add more coconut cream. If you want it a little stronger, add more rum, but please remember to drink responsibly! And if you really want to get into the tropical spirit, garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry on top. No matter how you make it, this cocktail is sure to please.
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 3/4 cup ice
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for 30-60 seconds.
- Pour in a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.
